EMS eReps: Our eReps (Internet Service Consultants) are skilled in both customer service and online contact management, and act as a seamless extension of your company. Intelligent Routing: Customers are placed into designated service lines based on skill-based routing rules. Response Manager: An eRep can quickly embed frequently used content, Pages, Files, and e-Mails in a response to a visitor. The eRep has access to a customizable library of frequently used web pages, common answers or instructions, and files such as documents, text, upgrades, and knowledge based reference sets that may be pushed to the visitor for easy, helpful reference. Filtering by Site: eReps can monitor visitor activity based on zones that are established for the web site that correspond to priority pages or regions. Filters can also be based on time online, time spent per page, zones visited, the number of pages viewed. Instant Visitor Engagement or Invitation: Pages on the web site are set for a dialog to pop up that initiates interaction with the visitor. eReps can redirect discussion or initiate discussion. |
