Automated Inbound Routing and Prioritization: Incoming e-mail can be automatically routed to appropriate mailboxes and priorities set for each e-mail.

Fully Integrated with eRep Operations: eReps can be both e-mail respondents and Live Interaction eReps simultaneously. eReps can be fed e-mails one at a time, so that when they are not occupied with a Live Interaction session they can respond to e-mail messages in a timely, professional fashion.

Response Manager: A standard, automated acknowledgement message is returned to the sender of the e-mail inquiry when the e-mail is received. Each mailbox can have a different acknowledgement message.

Real-time spell-checker: Automatically corrects eRep typos and spelling errors to ensure the highest level of professionalism when interacting with your customers.

eRep-to-eRep Forwarding: eReps can redirect e-mail to another mailbox for specialized response.
