Knowledge Base Integration: Seamless integration during live interactions with Knowledge Base. A separate Knowledge Base server improves response times and visitor service levels. Java/HTML Visitor Page Options: Automatic or Manual Selection. No Plug-ins or Downloads required by visitors to participate in a live interaction. Customizable to any environment. Open database connectivity (ODBC) to integrate with all types of database servers. Frequently Used Email: The eRep can access a directory of frequently used messages to paste into an e-mail response. They can also modify the text before sending the response. Presentations: The eRep may send a pre-scripted interactive "slide-show" that presents the visitor with designated web pages as well as automated instructional text. AutoPilot: A menu of pre-scripted prompts and responses that can be sent to the visitor's browser to help diagnose a problem.
